To support our growing business, we are looking for several passionate Linux developers to join our R&D department.

Our R&D department consists of smaller teams. Each team operates in an agile environment (scrum). You are versatile and can independently propose, analyze, implement and test product improvements.

We value autonomy, responsibility and initiative.

Main responsibilities

• You participate in the development of new and existing AXS Guard network and security functions, as well as its cloud infrastructure

• You assist in developing the GUI as well as data collection and reporting features

• Assist our customer support team in complex and critical situations

Required qualifications and skills 

• Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent through experience

• In-depth knowledge of Linux, command line tools and scripting

• Experience with Git and an IDE of your choice

• Be familiar with Python, Perl, C, C++, Ruby, Go and similar technologies

• Knowledge of containers and orchestration technologies, e.g. Kubernetes and OpenShift, is definitely an asset

• Good understanding and general knowledge of software development processes, automated testing, networking and security

• You are interested in cybersecurity
